I've also been using the primrose oil tablets, a lot of walking, yoga ball, and of course, sex. Haha

Nope. Before bed and during the day for my nap, I put my legs up on the wall and put the tablet as far back as I can push into my cervix. Or I have hubby do it for me. Lol
