so my hubby isn't a very affectionate guy. he shows me love in other ways. well Sunday I ended up in the ER with a threatened miscarriage. they checked on baby and said everything looks great but I need to take it easy. my husband was so emotional. now every day when he gets home from work he lays his head on my stomach and tells our baby how much we love him/her and please hang in there. it makes me fall more in love with him

@jana.bear, it feels so good to see him care in this way. he tears up when we talk about the possibility of losing our baby. it's nice to see this side of him

I love hearing about men becoming emotional over their babies. My husband is pretty sarcastic and not very "lovey dovey" but he gets that way about baby. It feels great.

@jana.bear, yes! this is his second child. he's obsessed with our 14 month old son and wants a little girl. William softened him up but this scare made him affectionate towards me. feels good

awe! I love when my husband talks to our son. he makes sure to tell him good night and he loves him for before he leaves for work.

@brycesmommy, thank you. this is #4 and I've spotted with all of them. Sunday there was a lot of bright red blood. very very very scary. doc said take it easy. I have 2 older kids in sports and a 14 month old 😕 taking it as easy as I can considering my crazy house!
