Wat does contraction feel like? I been getting some pain in my left side, it gets strong but then they leave. Could they be contractions? I'm 35+5

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Contractions are getting crazy strong! Anything over 80 is considered a "strong" contraction. The ones I'm having are hitting 160+ !
