Any one use a waist trainer ? Would like some reviews! Pleas e and thank you

I have before they really do shape you I don't know about the timing part I used it more for a shape rather than weight loss

I want to loose weight not through that though I just want that to help and shape me @mimiz

It will def help shape and quick result can happen with a low carb diet lost 5 pounds within a week imagine if I stayed on it lol and that was while being lazy in bed with light cardio maybe walks with baby in the stroller will def help and have the waist trainer on

I've used Anne cherry! They work or the Colombian faja at Salome.com bit pricey but they do tone and train and keep the shape you want it's very tight but in time you'll see result use at home or to run errand clean with it if you'd like @marmber
