extreme Lower Back Pain... it hurts whether I'm sitting or standing. is that a sign of Pregnancy?? what are other symptoms you have had

Never had back pain, mostly just sore breasts as my first symptom.

I had it this time around to the point I could barely walk! It extended down my right leg. After finding out I was pregnant it went away about 2 weeks later.
