Baby boy will not latch. I've been trying on each boob for a half hour. I told everybody the bottles at night and pacifiers would cause nipple confusion. I'm not responding to the electric pump hand pump or hand expressing. Guess it's formula I made it a week and 2 days of breast though I guess that's better than not trying.

You did your best mama! That's all that matters. Sometimes our bodies fail us. Mine did. My son couldn't latch even with help of many different specialists. Try not to be too down on yourself. Fed is best!

nipple shield would help. also keep trying. bottles and paci's before 6 weeks in a bf baby is a definite bad idea. maybe it'll work out.
