anybody else get sick after they eat meat? I'm so nacious now :(

Try staying away from greasy food for a while. Stick to soups & chicken, salads, etc.

In my first trimester and the beginning of my second, yes!

I avoided eat meat for the first three months. Even now at 19 weeks I can only have a little.
