yes mine will get extremely itchy but after i itch them i leak could be your milk coming in my milk came in at 26 weeks and at 34 weeks i wear breast pads due to leakage

mine only itchy when they need to release milk but i try not to mess with my boobs due to stimulation or squeezing causes contractions

yeah I don't mess with but right nipple looks like milk coming in and very sore Im just waiting on my baby girl to come
