Was it scary? I have really bad allergy related asthma. And living in Gainesville right now, my chest hurts and stuff. This is my first baby, so I'm a little scared. @ashtansmother2016
Yes I've had asthma my whole life and now that I'm preggo it's like omg so bad...I try to refrain from using my inhaler so I can calm myself down naturally so when I give birth I'm not freaking out
I know it sounds cliche and everything but I don't have money to buy a Dula or go to birthing classes so I know I'm doing natural labor and with the asthma even when I get in a panick and can't breath I think like nice thoughts in my head like calm thoughts that it'll pass and do breathing exercises....I just try and stay as calm as possible not to feel like I'm about to die cus when you panick your body tenses up and the asthma attack or your lungs can constrict quicker ...if you stay calm and slowly breath eventually it'll pass
@v_daloca, it's really hard like sometimes I think about freaking out but then I think about how it wud be when I'm delivering the baby and I don't want it to be a bad experience...id rather tough it out for those few moments
