ok so yesterday was my first prenatal visit and they told me im around 7 wks 6 days and they also did an ultrasound to see baby and it is growing so fast I fell in love again and cant wait to meet our baby my only concern is why do i get so tired from my feets and legs so fast I cant even do my grocery because its so tiring any suggestions as to what might be going on?
