I've been sleep deprived. My.baby was born 4 days ago. when she sleeps I try to sleep myself but I keep, hearing her cries in my sleep that I wake up and check on her and she never crying. I don't know if it's my anxiety but I'm so tired. I hear her cries in my head but there not real! does this happen to anyone else

Girl it's totally normal. After labor and bringing baby home The first month seems like the hardest! If you have family members around have them watch the baby (in your house)while you catch on some good zzz's. I pumped some milk out and hubby was loving and feeding her while I slept a good 7-8 hours. I felt energized after that little cat nap. Every little noise wakes me up and feedings are mandatory every couple of hours at that age so it's tough. When they get a little older sleeping gets kind of easier. Coffee will be your BFF.

It got a million times better for me when my baby turned 2 weeks old. For whatever reason she sleeps longer. The bags under my eyes went away :P
