Okay ladies, I had my membrane sweep yesterday at 315 and I spotted and then stopped and now I'm loosing my mucous plug and have had the worst back pain with slight cramping for over three hours now. Is this normal?

I was awoken with the pain and now it won't go away only for a few moments and then resurfaces. Calling my ob when they open! I'm a FTM so not sure about everything all I know is I can't sleep at all 😭

Sounds like Braxton Hicks to me, I was experiencing that after sex it went on for 5-8 hours😫 but then went away and didn't really reoccure but every other four hours.
Inconsistent cramping/contractions normally mean false labor/Braxton hicks!
