Do any other ladies wake up in the morning to horrendous pelvic pain?! I am constantly waking up in pain and it's always when I've woken up! 😯 xx

For me it was every time I tried to get up in the morning, and if Id been sitting down too long and went to stand up, maybe ask your midwife xxx

I get it if I've walked a couple of miles, but I'm ok on a short walk xx

I get pelvic pain really badly when I first wake up too but I also get it when I walk. x

I've heard of it but not really sure what it is. It's only ever pain first thing  in the morning, I don't usually get it any other time xxx
