Advice please! : 😭 It seems everything is working against me and I'm trying to do so good. I have had a sore throat the past couple of days, but wrote it off as a side effect of throwing up every morning and night. Well I just felt extra shitty and decided to take my temp and it's 99.2. I'm home alone, my boyfriend is working and I'm on bed rest for a subchorionic hemorrhage. What should I do?

Do you have any Tylenol? I'd take some, prop your feet up, stay hydrated and drape a cool wet rag or ice pack over your forhead or the back of your neck.

if it's 103 or higher and not going down after taking acetaminophen, then I would be concerned. right now, id believe your core temperature isn't high enough to harm baby, but you should still try to lower it a bit. fevers are our body's natural way of fighting icky junk.

My Dr said benadryl is safe in small doses. I wouldn't take 1000MG of acetaminophen in one dose just in case it doesn't go away in an hour and you need to take another or two more. I would take one, drink a big cold glass of water, and relax in bed. hope you feel better momma :)
