I completely agree.! I know a girl who has 2 kids, one still wants formula and one is eating regular food and she sells her food stamps for money for heroin and that little girl looses so much weight. I literally take food to the little girl every single day so I know she eats.

They have tried this is many states already and it does not work. The cost of drug tests greatly towers over the cost of the benefits saved from drug users being caught. It's a very very small percent that test positive and drug tests are expensive. If you know someone who is scamming the system, again a small percent, call and report them.
