I don't think fenugreek is increasing my supply. What else should help?

this helps me A LOT. so much that i have to be careful with it or i'll become engorged after drinking it

thanks for posting. I've been taking fernugreek (SP) and it's not helping me either, where can I buy this at?

it work for me with one cup drank it before bed and went to lay down and felt then let down and my bobs were rock hard all night no matter how many times I woke up to feed baby haha

Now I don't notice it after I drink it but you have to measure out a cup exactly other wide if it's diluted it won't work
