2 days late, migraine all day & now severe heart burn where it feels like I'm having a heart attack. Also got the worst period cramps this morning and I just knew I was about to start but It never came........but I got a negative test this afternoon? blehhh

Implantation cramping? Or maybe it's just too early?? I had one brand of early test say positive one say negative then 2 days later they were all positive...
