So when I went and got my first ultrasound they said I was 6 weeks and 4 days I go for my second ultrasound on the 24th. Are they usually pretty accurate when u are tht early or do u think it could change my next ultrasound?

after about 10-12 weeks pregnant the ultrasounds can measure ahead and not be quite accurate. the further you are the less accurate it is

When I got my first u/s at the hospital they said like 6w & 2d & it was totally accurate
