Why does it feel like my stomach fills with air really tight and then immediately releases? It happens mostly under my ribs. In 31 weeks.

I did too cause mine would get like rock solid. I'm ftm so idk when I'm having Braxton hicks or not lol. Just when I explain it to my dr that's what she says t is, & I'm like ohhh okay lol.
