How do you tell if baby is head down? I carry low to begin with so how do I tell the difference?

my daughter is head down and I never knew when she dropped. she was breech the entire pregnancy until last week.

I'm carrying her low anyway and there's times I feel her down there but I've been able to feel her down there my whole pregnancy @mrs.medrano

You can feel the baby. My son is head down and I can feel the head when I walk and it's super uncomfortable
