How can you tell when your baby turns head down? Or can you?

I could always tell position based on hiccups and kicks and where they occurred.

usually can tell by where the hiccups are. if the hiccups are down low baby is more than likely head down.

I don't think I experienced hiccups with the baby yet. I feel like she's trying to turn but I'm not sure.

I couldn't tell until my midwife did an ultrasound and told me

I had a lot of pressure down by my vag with my first then my 2nd I couldn't tell.

Ok..well as of Friday last week she was still breech. I hope she turns. I don't want a c-section.
