That's weird. You should ask them why, you can still have regular ole birth if the baby is a little big. Petocin is yucky anyways. I'd avoid it if possible.

That doesn't make sense unless you have a medical problem, why wouldn't they just let it happen naturally if they plan to wait until your due date?
