I agree with you @becca0465 I haven't taken mine either, I didn't take something every day but I would when I felt the anxiety coming along. Deep breaths and we can make it through!

@brooklynsmom, I have anxiety in general and I don't take my med for it right now but there have been days the dr says to take it and I just can't for my twins sake. It's hard living with it but the twins make me feel like I can survive those attacks even if it's bad
