have any of you moms gone to a chiropractor while pregnant? what are the benefits?

I have and it just helps u feel better :) It's good for to help with ur labor.

Yes! I see my chiro every other week- every week if I'm in a lot of pain. Seeing him makes me feel so much better. After an adjustment it's like walking on a cloud haha

I go twice a week been doing that sine the summer and will continue it till I'm due!! it helps a lot
