Anybody else's baby get used to being held and cries when is put down?!! I need advice!!! lol

My daughter was like that when she was first born! Always being held! We just put her in the swing to calm her put on the tv and she watches it lol. We let her cry a little so she could get used to it because I was not able to get anything done. Now she loves her swing!

@oliviasmama1211, well he's just a month but I bought him a bouncer and a swing and he hates them!

@jassybby6991, start with putting him down just a minute or two at a time and gradually leave him longer and longer . He will get used to it and as his vision gets better he'll start to get distracted. I used to bring Lucas's hand to his mouth and helped him start self soothing . But sometimes they just want to be held by mom lol..hope that helps!

He used to scream his head off and now this is where he naps during the day unless I let him sleep in my arms:) just be consistent :)
