anyone else experiencing really bad sciatic-like pain? I say "like" because I'm not positive that's what I'm feeling, but it's extremely sharp pains in both my left and right side, lower back/butt and down both legs. It is excruciating right now! I took some Tylenol but any other recommendations? 😔

If you're too nervous about seeing s chiropractor, you can try seeing a physical therapist. During my last trimester I saw both and I thought physical therapy helped me feel A LOT better. The pain was gone and I could enjoy the last few weeks[:

@inkedmomma, my doctor told me chiropractor is alot better and it should help faster idk though since I only went a week and made me go everyday and it cost me everyday to freaking go that why I really stop cause I can't afford that everyday

Do whatever makes you feel better. I saw my chiropractor three times a week and it wasn't helping. My therapist gave me excersises and stretches that helped significantly. You could always use biofreeze or an ice back to help relieve the pain. No heat cuz it can just cause more inflammation.

@emkasting, Mine has been horrible but I started going to the Chiropractor about a month ago and it has helped tremendously. our insurance doesn't cover my chiro appts but the money I've spent has been well worth it..the first 3 weeks I went twice a week and now for 3 weeks I'll go once a week and then every 4 weeks after that and it has been amazing. If you can't afford or don't want to go the chiro route I suggest looking up stretches for sciatic nerve pain. There are alot of great videos and pictures for different stretches. Good Luck Momma ♡

Yeah I've heard the only thing about going to a chiropractor is that once you go the first time you have to continue to go religiously. I'm fine with that if it helps the pain but I'm just a wuss when I think about it lol
