I was told by the pediatrician that one drink is gone in one hour!!!

just pump a normal session as much as you can empty out then dump it down the drain. It's just precaution to make sure that your baby won't be drinking any alcohol that seeped into your milk ducts.

I read that when you become sober your milk is fine. You can pump and dump too tho
