@mommamarine, just try to make it fun like when your cooking try a new healthy recipe add more veggies to your plate if you do crave sweets eat fruits it's better for you . lean meats is a great option . you know if you ever need help or need some help I can help
@love345, @sally565 @jas0626 I have a class on Wednesday for it but I want to be prepared. I was borderline for one of my previous pregnancies but this time it is full blown 😔 I don't drink soda, maybe a sip here and there but nothing serious, I don't eat many sweets, it's just gunna be hard for me because I have 3 children and 2 other adults in the house, 😔
I have it now . basically you have to cut carbs so limit the bread , pasta, cereal etc also watch what you drink soda is horrible but im not to lie I do drink some from time to time and juice will make your sugar for up . water is best or powerade
