Keep your head up! My best friend had a baby right after her 15th birthday and she'll be 18 in August and shes the best mom i know! she had her own place, car, job, and shes graduating this may. just because youre young doesnt mean youll fail as a parent

I was 16,18,21, and now 24. it's hard but it makes you a better you. Don't let people with closed minds get you down! there are worse things than being a teen mom!! it does get hard but with supportive family for mental and emotional help it's not so bad.

@hermommy, I completely agree. Some people were never meant to be moms and others are great, age is not a determining factor for those that choose to step up.

I think you're very brave. I was pregnant at 17 and I lost my baby at 26 weeks. It was the worst thing ever and I wish that I had been open about the pregnancy so I didn't have to grieve alone. Head up always girl.

you are young mom. but there is many young moms that don't plan to be pregnant but yet they Manage to make it through an mature. I'm pretty sure nobody likes hearing anyone say anything bout being pregnant at a young age especially when they already heared it from there own parents. but good luck babe! you will be a good mommy. :)

Nothing wrong with being a young mother. I was 18 when I had my 1st.

@katanaann no problem your life is most definitely not ruined in any way shape or form, in my eyes it's been inhanced use your son as motivation to do things 100% better for you and him, you will do just fine in life it won't be easy but It sounds like you have enough drive to make sure you graduate and still give your little everything he needs and all the love. Don't let anyone say you ruined your life sure it's early but hell noone is ever prepared for it in life. I'm 20 got pregnant at 19 (planned) and because I'm going to lawschool in the next 2 years the first thing our of everyone's mouth was " great now you've done it, how are you going to be a lawyer with a baby" or " now you have to pick one you'll be a horrible mother" well.. let me tell you, my daughter will be with me every step of the way I don't care if i have to bring her to work with me she will be raised like i stay at home with her<3 her daddy agrees also he can take her to work so just remember stay strong you got this your not cursed your blessed.

My parents are super supportive, & I have an amazing boyfriend that is too. Just a lot of people, some that barley even know me say very rude things...

The only way I would ever drop out of school is if I was 100% sure that I could get my GED.

one of my classmates was 15 and pregnant.. she graduated with honors and now she's got her BSN!!

you go girl. I'm 20 and have a 3 week old and people tell me I'm too young but in all honesty, I wouldn't have it any other way and I'm glad I get to witness my baby girl grow up for a long time!
