I don't know why but my dad like hates any guy I was ever with he always has something bad to say. I been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years now an everytime I'm alone with my dad he always has something navigate to say about him. It really pisses me off an when I go to say something to my dad he is the type of person that you can't talk to about anything cause of its not his way or the way he does things then it's wrong all the time an it's always someone else fault never his. drives me crazy that he thinks it's okay to talk shit about someone then say he doesn't when he claims to be a christan guy ( not bashing any one who is Christian my dad is just a fake) just so irritating!!

Once u marry he will have to accept weather he likes him or not. If u don't plan to marry don't waste ur time on the guy. And lastly ur probably right and ur dad wrong but I don't know the situation so sometimes fathers know best. Why don't ur man tag along to church with dad that should help things quiet a bit.

we did try that an my dad is pushy. I'm not the only one who has prombles with my dad. my mom does to. he has bad anger an he only been sober for a year. so we are all trying to get use to the new him but my boyfriend has always been respectful to him an my mom an my dad sometimes will treat him really good then get with just me an talk shit an i ask him why does he do it an he will say he didn't right after he just did. he will tell me it's cause I have prombles an I'm messed up in my head. it's so much an so hard for other people to see what I mean. you just have to know him or be around him to understand. we tried the church thing with him ( not going to lie me an my boyfriend are not the type who go to church every sunday) but we did try an he thinks that we have to get save an he trys to preach to us all the time. it's just drives me crazy the way he treats people. @txyogagirl sorry for the long post
