Hello, pregnant ladies 😊
Soooo around 8:00 in the morning today... I went to the bathroom & realized i had lost my mucus plug, then started getting a lot of heavy lower back pain & really strong contractions... Went to the hospital was dilated 3cm, they dismissed me but the nurse told me i might have to go back later today or tomorrow.. Or very very soon, im home getting hospital bags ready.. Really anxious & excited! They said i was already in "early labor stage" how long does it usually take after you are 3cm dilated?! My contractions at the hospital were about 5-3 min. apart, nurse said if i keep getting those i have to go back, which she thinks it will be today.. Confused!

It all depends on your body. There's no "set" time on how you progress. Hopefully things work in your favor. Good luck! ☺️

if your contractions get to 3-2 minutes apart or your water breaks go back. sometimes it can take a while to get further dilated and unless you know how to check your cervix you won't know your further dilated

call you obgyn and let them know. maybe they will make the call for you to go now. everyones labor is different.. best of luck
