@samijoy, same here. when my sinuses are bad I'm no more good. that's all I can think about. we can take 1-2 tablets of benadryl every 6 hours if you wanna see if that helps. I take it at bed time cuz that's when my sinuses are the worst. otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep lol.
