My insurance said the hospital is stupid because I don't need to call them if they accept my insurance so I call the hospital about my appointment which I've been waiting 4weeks for and come to find out these freaking retards knew the whole time after I've called time and time again that the damn doctor didn't accept my insurance.

@aek91, I have an appointment for next week Thursday. but its at a different hospital but still connected to Loyola but I read the reviews and they were horrible so I'm going to go to that appointment and see if I can get in at the Maywood Loyola. what happened was, Loyola hospital accepts my insurance but not all of the doctors at their clinics.
