Has anyone used femara to conceive? If so, how many rounds did it take to finally conceive?

I have done three rounds of clomid and it done NOTHING at all.

This is my third round of femara, I have my progesterone levels checked tomorrow and I'm praying that this is my month. The medicine worked last month because I for sure ovulated, progesterone level was 14.4 but didn't end up pregnant. I really hope it works again and this time I'll be pregnant. I didn't realize how hard it was to have a baby. With my first child we weren't trying so we weren't keeping track of anything, it just happened. He was my little surprise :) since we weren't tracking it seemed easy lol. Well I was wrong! I have PCOS too so that doesn't help at all!
