So this was the first time I was offered to do find out the gender with the blood test. For all you mamas who's had it done; how long does it take to get the results back? My midwife told me she'd call me but I'm super anxious lol. Also, how accurate is it?

I had mine done at around 11 weeks and I found out the results within a week

@kad2015, were they right? Like did the results of the blood test match what you saw on your ultrasound?

I had mine done at 10 weeks and had results within a week. They say the blood test is super accurate bc it's the babies DNA @mama.moon

Yep :) they told me it was a girl and sure enough, it was. I had it confirmed in an elective ultrasound at 15 weeks and then again at 20 weeks for the anatomy scan. Now I'm 39 weeks and just waiting on her to come!

More accurate than a sonogram. Took about 2 weeks to get my results. I got it done at 10 weeks

I did a blood chromosome marker test at 12 weeks. I had my results in a week (team pink!).
