so I have a habit of sleeping on my back , I hear that's bad. any tips on how to sleep different?
I think I'm having a girl! My hubby thinks boy lol but he's letting his gaurd down for thinking it's a girl too lol. We are going to do a natural birth bc I want to be as alert as possible without the issues and complications epidurals have. We want to consider the Bradley method classes.
aw congratulations. mine depends on how the birth goes lol. I do want maybe 3 but want to see how everything goes first. are u hoping for a certain gender right now ? @expectingz
I plan on having another one either next year or year after. I want 4 so I want to get them here, if I could have twins naturally that would be great! my side and husband side has twins more his than mine. We are doing a gender reveal next month so we'll know then!
after this baby , when do u plan on having another ? what are you having ? @expectingz
Yes my first, and first pillow lol. I'm thinking I'll need more for new babies. it's not that thick, I've had it for about a month now. Your very welcome!
lol I appreciate all of your help. the pillow wears out after a while ? is this your first as well ? @expectingz
Yes, I have that sometimes as well! I'm a 360 sleeper just because I have to find the right position lol. Great thing about pillow is that you can still lay on your back you just can be completely flat. Even if you prop yourself up to a 30 degree angle on your back you are still fine! The pillow has several ways you can twist it and mold it to what you need at the time. I have used a few lol. Also get a body pillow from Target or Walmart to support it if you don't have a backboard! honey I'm learning as I get bigger lol
oh okay , for some reason that's the most comfortable spot for me. I'm always getting numb on my sides . I can never get really comfortable :/ @expectingz
oan the pillow is about 50-60.00 but we'll worth it! It in capsules you so you stay comfy!
You can research it too. I take a holistic approach to a lot of things so I see what doulas say and keep what I think is right.
I got mine as a gift from Amazon.com, they have them in destination maturnity also if you have that near you! I also heard that's less oxygen to you also, and you'll wake up choking and gasping for air if you do it too long. my hips are usually positioned right o top of each other so not completely on my back but sometimes I am, but I'll reposition when I wake up.
where do you get a pregnancy pillow & how much do they run @expectingz @tyeishaaa
it's bad but as long as it's not all the time it is ok...I have woke up a few times and been on my back but I also sleep with like 4 pillows and was up a little and not all the way on my back
Pillows! I have that issue too, but I heard from a doula that it's okay to sleep on your back until it gets uncomfortable. My pregnancy pillow let's me down sometimes, but I roll to my right if I'm not positioned well.
