Well to me it's like a real aggravating pain that no matter what u do it won't go away. Try a pillow between your knees. I also have scoliosis so i have to look into different remedies that help the back. Do you have a body pillow ?

If you can't find a pregnancy pillow just get a regular body pillow from Walmart it's like 10 bucks it'll be your best friend I promise you. But until then try being on your side with a pillow between your knees and see if that alleviates the pain
