What should I do I got a cold sore a few days ago which I usually do get them and it started cracking and bleeding and my cheek on the side it's on is swollen and it's never been like that before and it hurts so much anywhere on my cheek you touch it hurts I have my doc appointment this Thursday the 10th should I wait and ask him then or go sooner ??

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
