Are braxton hicks suppose to hurt?

wen I was like 29 weeks they would last almost a hour @aurielshantel

@shellymae94, this is my 3rd child and I've never had braxton hicks...and they're really low so everytime my stomach tightens he turns his head and that makes it worse

my other two kids I didn't have them either @aurielshantel

my doctor said drink cold ice water when you having them
