I was advised not to take hot showers because baby can feel the temperature and it's too much for their sensitive bodies

I can't even stand a hot shower lol

just helps with dealing with the pain, but could slow things down by relaxing the body

its calms your body but if your already having contractions it should intense when u get out of the hot water
