well I'd make the decision if you want to be pregnant you could get an ectoptic pregnancy. but yes sperm can swim up your vagina,even if "it isn't all the way in" that's why they have tails. but seriously.I wouldn't put yourself through "trying to get pregnant" with an IUD in. I personally never in my life will touch an IUD . risks are way too severe and too high

You should just go to the doctors and take a blood test so you can get your iud out if need be. It should should show up on a blood test if your 4weeks
