I've had the same headache for 3 days now, severe swelling in my hands..sleeping all day and night…

I've had the same headache for 3 days now, severe swelling in my hands..sleeping all day and night and having dizzy spells and seeing black spots. Finally called the on call doctor at the hospital, she said be at her office at 9 a.m. so we can see what is going on. I just don't feel right.
