So my 4 month old broke out into some sort of minor hives they aren't itchy bc he doesn't seem bothered by them and they appear on different spots of his body. He has been having a cough for a week now, and his grandma gave him oatmeal cereal the other day so who knows. Going to have to follow up with his pediatrician tomorrow morning.
