It's high, so with hypothyroidism will make ur periods irregular and not ovulate. They will watch your thyroid level when u do get pregnant bc it has to be below 2.5 for the baby. I had hypothyroidism and hashimoto thyroiditis with my first. Ended up with a total thyroidectomh. With this pregnancy I get my lab work every month for my thyroid level

Being on the medication will help you

Take it at least 30 minutes prior to eating and 6 hours before any vitamins

I just found this out but my periods have been regular so will the medicine make it irregular?

No it won't make them irregular. I have been on thyroid medication since I was 12. My periods were regular. But to get pregnant once your TSH is normal it will be easy
