I stayed with the gummies! it wasn't so much swallowing the horse pills, as they were just so harsh on my stomach. couldn't keep them down

I'm prescribe vitafol nano prenatals and they're smaller than a aspirin. 🙂 they're also the only thing that keeps me from feeling like crap and nauseous
