I can never relax while taking a shower alone the water shut off for some reason with conditioner in my hair and soap on my body..had to rinse off with a gallon of nursery water it sucked and was so cold

When did anyone's water break? Usually before or right away with labor? I'm so scared my water will break at work or something.
