Mine do but I have raynauds, it makes my hands and feet and nails turn blue or purple randomly because of a lack of oxygen. I have lupus and sojgrens (can't spell it) which are autoimmune and are linked to it.

Could just be because of the extra blood flow in your body or swelling but better safe than sorry ((:
