I can NOT believe I birthed my first child all natural. Nearly 10 whole hours of labor with my 45 minutes of pushing included. It was not easy at all and I was on the verge of caving for the epidural several times during my labor process you can practically say the whole time I was on the verge lol. The nurses as well as my fiance got on my everlasting nerves while I was in labor because when I said I couldn't do it they just wouldn't let me cave and get it they kept motivating me. Which I appreciate so much now as cliche` as this is going to sound but to say I did it all natural makes me feel like a real complete woman (not saying your not when you choose to have the epidural in place) but from my personal experience that is how I feel. While I was pushing I swore I was going to die and my vagina was no more 😂 but it was and always will be the most empowering thing I've done in my life. I love my daughter more than any words can say and all the pain in the world doesn't compare to my joy 😊.
I feel the same way. I had my baby all natural too. I didn't plan on doing it that way but I sat through my contractions at home ( not knowing I was really in labor ) Once we got to the hospital I was already 9cm so they didn't have time to give me the epidural. I was there like 30 minutes & was already pushing. lol
congrats! be proud you did it natural! i wanted to have my son completely natural, but having him at 17 and knowing nothing, i was very easily talked into the epidural and i still have pain and shit from it almost 6 years later.
Im going epidural cause Im prone to passing out with high ammounts of pain. Cant be lassing out with the baby coming. Haha.
proud of you hunny! its so hard to not get one! I didn't either with any of them! beautiful baby!
congratulations
