Where I gave birth about an hour or so after I got to take my shower

pretty much immediately after. well I take that back, if you have an IV you have to wait until that's removed, to shower and stuff but other than that you can change. I didn't mind wearing their gown because I didn't want....stuff....on my clothes. 😂 but I showered and changed soon after.
