Not true for me, at least for my 2cd baby. But it's based off of where the placenta is, not the babies position. I had to ask my tech for where the placenta was, and based off the theory, it said boy for me.
but another way that seems to work for everyone i know.. myself included is the chinese gender chart! mine said boy! and a bunch of my friends and family went back and theirs was correct toooo

not true I have a heart shaped uterus and baby boy was on the left side my whole pregnancy
